Islamabad: State Bank of Pakistan has announced the syllabus of Zakat for the year 1444-45 AH. The syllabus of Zakat has been fixed at Rs 88,927 this year. Zakat will be deducted on April 4 from savings, profit-loss partnership and other bank accounts having the above or above amount. Bank accounts with less than the syllabus will not be deducted.
