As Muslims in Pakistan and other parts of the world prepare to welcome Ramzan 2025 and begin fasting, the Punjab government has announced changes to office timings for the Holy Month. These adjusted hours aim to accommodate employees observing the fast while maintaining efficient government operations. A notification from the newly elected government details the revised schedule. Offices operating on a five days a week schedule will work from 10 am to 4 pm. For offices following a six days a week pattern, the timings will be from 10 am to 3:30 pm. On Fridays, the office timings in Lahore and across Punjab will be from 9 am to 1 pm, allowing employees time for Friday prayers.
