Hajj Medical Mission Application Form
The application process for the Hajj Medical Mission 2025 Application Form is straightforward. Interested candidates from the Federal, Provisional, GB, and Azad Jammu Kashmir Health Department/Hospitals can apply online. The advertisement for the Hajj Medical Mission Jobs 2025 is available in both Urdu and English. Remember, this is for the Hajj Operation 2025.

Eligibility criteria include possessing the required qualification, meeting the age limit (between 25 and 60 Years), having relevant experience, and holding domicile in the respective provinces and regions. The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (M/o RA & IH) will conduct a Screening Test for the Hajj Medical Mission for Hajj Operation 2025. The last date for application form submission is Sunday, 9th February 2025 (2025-02-09). The announced date for the test is 2025-01-31.

Note:
- All Applicants are required to send photocopies of the above-mentioned documents as applicable duly attested by his/her relevant respective departmental gazetted officer along with NTS online application to NTS Headquarters (M/o RA & IH Project), Plot # 96, Street # 04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. Specimen Performa is attached.
- Candidates will retain original documents. Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original as and when asked by M/o RA & IH.
- Non-Muslims and disabled candidates are ineligible to Apply.
General Terms and Conditions
i. The applicants shall be assessed through the NTS written test.
ii. For Specialist FRCS/ FCPS / FRCP is required.
iii. Repeaters shall be selected up to a maximum of 25% of the advertised strength of the HMM contingent.
iv. Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidate as communicated on the official website of the Ministry
www.mora.gov.pk and NTS www.nts.org.pk in due course of time. Failure to do so will disqualify the candidate.
v. Regular Medical Officers/Pharmacists / Paramedics (up to BPS-18) from Federal Government, Provincial Governments. The governments of AJ&K and GB are eligible.
vi. Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of the selection process and in case of any false or wrong information; the selection of the candidate will be canceled and may entail disciplinary proceedings.
vii. Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony may increase or decrease the number of Medical missions in line with Hajj Policy /Saudi Taalimaat. This Ministry can cancel the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
viii. No TA / DA will be admissible to the candidates during the selection process.

ii. The candidates shall submit a Hard copy of the duly online filled application form along with photocopies of required documents as applicable to NTS Headquarters (M/o RA & IH Project), Plot #96, Street # 04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. iii. Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original as and when asked by M6 RA & IH.
