Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education(BISE) Gujranwala will declare the result of the Matric SSC Part II (10th class) annual Result on Tuesday 2021.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education was established under the Punjab Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education Act 1976 and its jurisdiction was notified on 14th October 1982 whereas it started its functions by conducting its first secondary school (Supplementary) in 1983.
