QUALIFICATION

(i) Graduation (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission/

(ii) Computer literate.

(iii) Amongst Senior Clerks and Junior Clerks with 03 years regular service in Board of Revenue and other offices subordinate to the Board of Revenue which are as under:-

(1) Colonies Department.

(2) Consolidation of Holdings Department.

(3) Disaster Management Department.

(4) Revenue Department.

(5) Directorate of Land Records.

(6) Directorate of Kachi Abadies.

(7) Punjab Privatization Board.

(8) Offices of all Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners in the Punjab.

Tehsildar/Consolidation Officer/Hill Torrent Officer/Reader to Members Board of Revenue (Ministerial Quota) 42 – POSTS (Reserved for Ministerial Quota for employees mentioned in Column-2(iii) only on Regular Basis).

The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLYbe held at Lahore.

PPSC has introduced the feature of Online Fee Collection. Applicants are advised to deposit fees online by using ATMs, Mobile Phone Banking, Internet Banking, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, other available microfinance banks or over-the-counter (by visiting the nearest 1Link Member Banks Branches). Fee deposited on old Challan Form (32-A) of PPSC, Bank Draft, Pay Order and Cheque is not acceptable.

The candidates, who qualify written Examination, will be called for Psychological Assessment and Interview.i) Negative Marking shall be made and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each incorrect answer in the MCQ papers. ii) A candidate shall have to obtain 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate to qualify for interview. Thereafter, a candidate shall also secure 50% marks in the interview to be held eligible for final merit list of successful candidates.
