The results were announced by Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani, President of the Federation of Arab Schools of Pakistan, and Maulana Muhammad Hanif Jalandhari, Nazim-e-Ala at Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi Korangi Industrial Area. A total of 468782 students were admitted for the annual examinations, out of which 451396 participated, 385700 passed and 65696 failed. Thus the success rate was 85.4%. The number of students of grade books was 380045 out of which 367417 participated in the examination. 304742 succeeded while 62675 failed. The number of memorization students was 88737, out of which 83979 participated.
