Entry Test Forms for admission (Class Nursery to 9^th) are available from National Bank of Pakistan (University Campus) during working hours on cash payment of Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable) with effect from 29-01-2024 to 20-02-2024. Test/Interview Schedule for Nursery & KG:

• Age Limit for Nursery (4 years) and for KG (5 Years).
• NADRA Form-B
• Recent Picture of Child.
• Photo Copy of the Father’s CNIC.
• Photo Copy of Service Card (University Employees Only)

Test Schedule for Class 1^st to 9^th:

Test Requirements/Note:

1. Entry Test will be prepared from English. Mathematics. Urdu and Science.
2. Incomplete form will not be acceptable.
3. Photo copy of Father’s Guardian CNIC Form B.
4. Two passport size photographs of the student.
5. Affidavit on Stamp Paper
