Punjab Bait-ul-Mal Disability Certificate Online Apply

Government of Punjab has approved giving quarterly stipend of Rs.7500 through “Hemat Card” to certified persons with disability who are not capable of work. Eligible persons to avail this facility can ensure correct entry of their details by visiting any help desk or office of District Social Welfare Officer established by Department of Social Welfare Punjab.

Punjab Bait-ul-Mal has started Disability Certificate Online Apply through the Management Information System for Persons with Disabilities at www.dpmis.punjab.gov.pk/register.

Punjab Hamat Card Apply Online

Disabled persons can apply Online for Punjab Hamat Card at www.swd punjab gov.pk.

A helpline 1312 has been introduced by Social Welfare and Baitul Mal Department for queries and complaints related to Hamat Card. Hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday – dial 1312 to lodge questions or complaints.


Disabled persons will get Punjab Special Discount Card For Disabled Persons Application Form to receive more benefits.
