Karachi: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon inaugurated the mobile app of People’s Bus Service.There is an effort to expand People’s Bus Service to different cities, this app will provide more facilities to people traveling in People’s Bus Service.
In the first phase of Sindh Mass Transit project, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari inaugurated People’s Bus Service in Karachi. Total 250 diesel-electric hybrid buses for this project launched. The bus transport system will operate in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpur Khas and Shaheed Benazirabad.

People’s Bus Service in Karachi Routes and Timing

In the first phase of Sindh Mass Transit project, 230 buses will be run on 7 routes of Karachi, 10 buses are being run on one route of Larkana, 20 buses will be run from Malir Kala Board to Tower route. Card system will be introduced in this bus service soon, cameras are installed in the buses, with which everything will be monitored, people will be able to send the picture of the staff having unpleasant behavior to the authorities in time.

People’s Bus Service Fare

The People’s Bus Service will provide affordable transport to the people and the maximum fare of the People’s Bus Service will be Rs. 50. The launch of People’s Intra Bus Service is a step towards modern travel. It will reduce the problems a little bit. On the People’s Bus Service, reserved seats are available for people with disabilities, senior citizens and women.

Peoples Bus Service Karachi Routes

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also attended the inauguration ceremony of the People’s Bus Service along with Bilawal Bhutto. Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that the bus service will initially run in Karachi and Larkana, the minimum bus fare will be Rs.25 and maximum Rs.50, all routes for buses have been seen, other districts will also be rushed.

Sindh government is giving subsidy of crores of rupees for the people, electric taxi will also start in Karachi soon, BRT red line will be a good BRT, buses will run on biogas.

Peoples bus service Karachi route timings

The Sindh government is speeding up the development work. The Sindh government has done a lot for the welfare of journalists. People’s buses will run on routes in Karachi. People’s buses can be compared to the service of any developed country. People’s buses will run on 7 routes. Intra bus service will be credited to Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for other bus services in Karachi.

Abdul Sattar Edhi Line Orange Line will also be launched in Karachi soon. This series will not stop here. The Red Line project in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank is being worked on very fast, while the Blue Line project has also been proposed and work is also being started on it.
