The white ball series between the Pakistan and South Africa women’s cricket teams kicks off a busy international season for the Pakistan women’s team and captain Nida Dar looks determined to start with a win. The first T20I of the three-match series between the women’s teams of Pakistan and South Africa will be played at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi on Friday. These three ODI Internationals will also be part of the ICC Women’s Championship. The ODI matches will be played on September 8, 11 and 14. All these six matches will be shown live on PTV National and PTV Sports while its live streaming will be on ARY Zip. ODI matches will start at 03.30 pm.
Pakistan women team team management and its training camp will be announced at the appropriate time. Pakistan women’s cricket team is currently ranked fourth in the ICC Women’s Championship ranking and this will be Pakistan’s third home series in this championship. Earlier they beat Sri Lanka 2-1 in Karachi and Ireland 3-0 in Lahore. The South African team will arrive in Pakistan on August 27. SA is currently ranked ninth in the ICC Women’s Championship rankings. They have so far played a series against Ireland in June last year which they won by 3 nil.
