Eligibility Criteria
Open Merit Seats:
(a) Pakistani citizens (Indud ng AJK and Giigit-Battistan) can apply lor admission in Army Medical College. Rawalpindi.
(b) Passing MDCAT for NUMS (Held on 16* October 2022) is mandatory. Pass percentage of
MDCAT for NUMS is 55% for admission in M8BS Program and 45% for BOS Program
(c) M nimum 60% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent having minimum twelve years of education in atleast three subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics.
(d) Pakistani Student: means a student who is a Pakistani National or defined as an Overseas
Pakistani under applicable law and may hold Dual Nationality and may be res.-dent or non-resident in Pakistan.
(e) Foreign National: means a student who holds foreign passport only.
Note: Eligibility criteria for Admission in Army Medical College for Foreign Candidates against foreign seat, is the same as mentioned above in para 1. (b.c)

IMPORTANT
(a) Possession of CNIC is mandatory for students aged 18 and above at the time of admission
(b) Candidates having foreign qualifications, such as O/A Level etc. shall have to upload the equivalence
certificate issued by IBCC at the time of submission of online application, otherwise their application
shall be rejected
(c) As per PMC Admission Regulations 2022-2023 Admissions to Medical and Dental programs shall
be conducted separately and each student shall be required to apply separately to a medical or dental
program A student having not applied to a given program shall rot be entitled to admission to such
program.
(d) Hifz-e-Quran marks will be added to F.Sc (Pre-Medical) HSSC/Equivalent as per policy.
(e) It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit complete application along with the required
documents. In case of any deficiency, the University may reject the application without intimation to the
candidate
(f) Applications once submitted shall be considered final. Applications which are incomplete in any way or
those received by post shall be rejected
(g) Applications shall be submitted through online portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable. No
application shall be accepted after the last date of submission
(h)Applicants will be required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit
Application Processing Fee @ Rs 4500/-(Four thousand Five hundred only, Non-refundable/Non-
transferable) latest by Friday 7th December 2022.1600 hours.
(I)The university shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student are not verified.
(j)Those candidates applying as Paying Cadets to W & R Dte. GHQ, must apply online for NUMS
Public Sector College (Army Medical College) on Open Merit.
