MORA Applications For Assessment Of Quota Holder Companies 2024

Applications/profiles are invited from the quota holder companies, on the prescribed format available on www-hajjinfo.org for assessment and evaluation of Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) fulfilling the following criteria:

1. Company incorporated with SECP as a private limited/Public company with object traveling Business since incorporation.
2. Paid-up and authorized capital should not be less than Rs. 5 million and 7.5 million, respectively, in each reference year under review in scrutiny.

iii. The company should have no management dispute.

21. Having appropriate office as per SECP record in Form 21. (Located at proper place, at least three employees (including one IT qualified) with adequate furniture and IT facilities.
22. The company should not be bank defaulter and tax defaulter at any time during the years under assessment. It should also be on the Active Taxpayer List for the years of assessment claimed.
23. Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.500/-duly attested by notary regarding:
24. Non-conviction of management in criminal case(s) by any court of law.
25. The Company is not presently debarred for carrying out its operation by the Government of Pakistan or KSAas the case may be.
26. The company, its shareholders, directors and Management are not defaulter of any of the financial institution or bank in Pakistan.

Companies fulfilling the above criteria may download form and list of documents required on the prescribed format from website www.haiiinfo.org.

The requisite documents shall be submitted directly to M/s Baker Tilly Mehmood Idrees Qamar, Office No.401,4th Floor, RDF Center, G-9/1 Mauve Area Islamabad by 31st August, 2023 in binding (stitching) shape duly indexed all pages (soft copy be emailed at hqoassessment@bakertillv.pk) alongwith copy of deposit receipt of Rs.2,011/- in Government Treasury in the Head C03829-Others Receipts-Fees and Forfeitures.

4. Late applications shall not be accepted.
5. Profiles of the companies shall be evaluated as per criteria available on website of the Ministry.
6. Evaluation/scrutiny shall not entitle any company to claim allocation of Hajj quota. Hajj quota shall be considered for allocation in the light of hajj policy and fulfillment of the requirements of Saudi Taleemat. Besides, the Ministry will not be responsible for securing Munazam Card and other procedure requirements for the company.
