Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has inaugurated the Clinic on Wheels project. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz commissioned 100 more Rural Ambulance Service (1034) for the villages of the province. Field Hospitals and Clinics on Wales are expanding the reach, giving 500 more field hospitals. The dream of bringing health reforms and medical facilities to the doorsteps of the people is being realized shamefully.
Clinic on Wheels is a historic and health-friendly project of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the project will provide the best facilities for pregnant women, mother and child health and maternity, ultrasound, basic lab tests and treatment of other problems.
Clinics on Wheels are equipped with modern treatment facilities. The Clinic on Valleys program offers medical examinations and tests. Clinics on wheels are equipped with basic medicine supply, prenatal check-up and ultrasound facility.

200 Clinics on Wheels have been set up for residents of semi-urban areas which will be Consists on doctors, LHVs and vaccinators. Free medicines and ultrasound will also be provided. 200 clinics on wheels and more than 100 ambulances are bringing health facilities to the doorsteps of the people.

Through the 1034 helpline, pregnant women will be able to be transported from home to hospital and back home with this vehicle. This facility will be provided free to pregnant women. They are also bringing such a program in remote areas that every primary health center will have doctors, nurses and medical staff.200 primary health centers will provide 24-hour services by next year, thalassemia centers will be established in district headquarters hospitals.
