Quetta: Government of Balochistan has fixed new working hours of all administrative courts and their subordinate offices for winter, according to which the offices will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The above working hours will be applicable from 5th October 2022 to April 14, 2023, according to which government offices will be open from 08:30 am to 04:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. During this time there will be a break for food and prayer from 01:30 PM to 02:00 PM.

Friday working hours will be from 08:30 am to 03:30 pm, during which there will be a break of 1 hour for food and Friday prayer from 01:15 pm to 02:15 pm.

Offices will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays as per winter schedule. It is further stated in the declaration that hospitals and educational institutions such as universities, colleges and schools will be affected by this decision, but the offices of the Ministry of Health and Education will be open 6 days a week from 08:30 am to 02:30 pm and on Fridays from 08:30 am to 08:30 am. Will be open till 12:30 PM.
