Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Provides help to the students during any program for both Semesters. If you have Sometimes received the wrong Roll Number Slip with different examination centers that you not selected while filling your admission form, then you can change it from the concerned department. all information given in Roll # Slip is not correct according to the best of my knowledge.

Change of Examination Centre is not allowed under normal circumstances. However, in hardship cases, a change of Examinations Centre is allowed subject to:

(a) In the case where the candidate is a government officer/officer’s spouse/children, production of valid documentary proof transfer letter/posting letter with a recently attested, copy of the attested National Identity Card, and a certificate from a government officer not lower than BPS-18.In the case where the spouse is a government servant, please attached Nikah Nama.

(b) The candidate or his father changes the place of business or shifts to another station, not more than three months before the final examination, may please be provided.

How to get an Online fee payment facility for students

Now you can pay the fee through my ABL APP of ABL AIOU>Insert ChallanNo in CustomerID>Click on Validate>Click on Pay. Write “Paid via my ABL APP” on challan and an Email ID has been created to resolve fee-related matters of students. Please email your fee-related issues (to fee@aiou.edu.pk) by attaching a scanned copy of the challan.

Documents required for AIOU Change of Examination Center.

Attested copy of proof any one of the following grounds, the change of Examinations

• Center is required:
• Posting/transfer letter
• Appointment letter
• Nikah Nama (having dates within that particular semester)
• Certificate from a Gazetted Officer (in case of change of place)
• Attested copy of NIC and One photograph (attested from the backside)
• The fee of Rs.600/- paid on bank challan (in favor of Treasurer, AIOU)

Request for change of Examination Centre (along with required documents/fee) is submitted at least 15 days before the start of Examinations. The university reserves the right to approve/reject any application for change of Examination Centre without assigning any reason.

The fee of Change of AIOU Examination Center in Pakistan.

The prescribed Fee (i.e. Rs. 600/-) for the change of Examination Centre be deposited after seeking permission from the authorized officer. Deposit of fee before seeking prior permission does not confer any right for a change of Examination Centre. The fee once paid by the student will not be refunded in any case.

Change of Examination Centre will only be allowed where a Question Paper of that particular program/course is available. No special arrangement will be made.

APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF EXAMINATION CENTRE

Change of Examination Centre is not allowed by AIOU, under normal conditions. However, in hardship cases, the change of Examinations Centre is allowed subject to:

Production of valid documentary proof – Nikah Nama, Transfer/posting letter with recent photograph, copy of NIC attested by Gazetted Officer. Only change if occurred after taking admission will be acceptable. You can also download aiou application for NOC to get admission to another Pakistan university.

Suppose the candidate or his/her father changes the place of business or shifts to another station within three months before the commencement of the final examination. In that case, a certificate from the Gazetted Officer is required to be attached.

Application Form Pattern is given here for the help of students. Change of center will be allowed once throughout the completion of a particular program and subsequent requests will not be considered in any next examinations.

Deputy Controller of Exams (Results)

Department of Exams, Block-3, AIOU,  Islamabad.

The Admission Test will be conducted on 03rd March 2021 (Wednesday) at 09.00 am in Academic Block, AIOU Main Campus Sector H-8, Islamabad. A list of successful candidates in the written test will be displayed on the same day at the Notice Board Block 9. The interview will be held on 04th March 2021 (Thursday) at 9:00 am in the Department of History, Block 9, AIOU Islamabad. Please bring CNIC, original documents, and an Original Challan of Rs. 500 for the test/interview. The MCQs-based Test of 100 marks will consist of the following components:

Subject 70%
Computers 10%
English language 10%
Analytical reasoning 10%

Note: All the courses of MA coursework are included in the subject.
