All the candidates who have applied for admission to BSN (Generic) at SMBBMU Session 2023-24 are informed that Admit Cards for Entry Test are available for download and can be downloaded from Official Website of Sukkur IBA Testing Service. All Districts of Pakistan including Federal Capital.

SMBBMU BS Nursing (Generic & POST RN) Admission 2023-24 Application Forms

Application Forms can be downloaded from the University Website www.smbbmu.edu.pk or can be obtained from Directorate of Admissions SMBBMU at Chandka Medical College Larkana. Last date for submission of Forms. 31-01-2023.

Eligibility criteria:

For BSN Nursing Generic (04 years degree program):

1. The candidate who secured 50% marks in intermediate or equivalent (pre-medical)
2. Age limit 17-35 years

2-   For B.Sc Nursing Post RN (02 years degree program):

1. 03-year Diploma General Nursing
2. 4^th Year midwifery/01-year Specialization

iii.     Valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council

1. Two years post basic clinical experience
2. Departmental NOC is mandatory for government employees

HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM:

Application form completely filled along with Photocopies of required documents duly attested by 17 or above grade officer should reach Directorate of Admission SMBBMU at CMC Larkana through any courier service within the due date. No application shall be received by hand.

• Original Challan of online payment of Rs. 1000/- non-refundable (processing fee) in A/c # 0259385831000344. paid in any branch of MCB Bank
• Original Challan of on-line payment of Rs.700/-Entrance Test Fee in A/c U of 0010049072160015, paid in any branch of ABL

NOTE:

CANDIDATES DESIROUS Of ADMISSION AT BCON, SMBBMU LARKANA SHALL BE REQUIRED TO APPEAR IN PRE ENTRY TEST.

CANDIDATE MUST BRING THEK ORIGINAL CNIC, INTERMEDIATE MARKSHEET & DOMICILE CERTIFICATE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY TEST.

1. HSSC-II /A-Level or Equivalent Certificate, (only for BSN Generic)
2. Matric Marks Certificate
3. Matric Pacca Certificate
4. Domicile of Candidate & Father/ Mother on P-1 Form
5. PRC form C of candidate
6. CNIC/ Form B (for under18 Years candidate)
7. CNIC of Father/Mother/Guardian
8. Six (06) Passport size photographs
9. Valid PNC Registration.
10. General Nursing/Diploma Pass Certificate and Mark sheet.

11.01-year post basic specialty pass certificate and Mark sheet.

12. Departmental NOC for Government Employees.
13. Two-year clinical experience certificate.
14. Medical Fitness Certificate for all candidates selected.

NOTE:

1. Required Documents from Serial # 9-13 are only for B.Sc Nursing (Post RN)
2. All Diplomas and Final year Mark Certificate of Post RN Candidate must be verified by the concerned Nursing Board

Terms & Conditions:

The application form duly filled in all aspects and supported with all required documents shall be sent through a registered courier
service to the Office of Director Human Resources. SMBB Medical University, Moen-jo-Daro Road, Arija. Larkana.

Last date: Tuesday, 31th Jan 2023.

Applications submitted directly /by hand or after the due date shall NOT be considered.

Only Sindh Domiciled are eligible.

The candidate shall submit a copy of the Valid PM&DC/PEC Certificate
