The price of number plates for cars, jeeps, motorbikes, and rickshaws has increased by 500 rupees in Punjab. Department of Excise and Taxation Punjab has abolished cash payment in motor vehicle tax.
Punjab Prices of Number Plates 2023
The registration fees for cars and jeeps were formerly Rs 1500; they are now Rs 2000; for motorcycles, they were previously Rs 1000; and for rickshaws, they are currently Rs 1500. 1700 hundred rupees have now begun to arrive.
The Motor Registering Authority will provide the following pricing for Security Featured Retro-Reflective Number Plates to vehicle owners in all districts of Punjab, effective immediately. The Governor of Punjab is pleased to announce these tariffs.
