ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicant should be resident of province of Punjab. Residents of concern district will be given priority. No house or plot should be registered against the name of the applicant. Applicant must live in the house furthermore, is bound not to sell the house for five years. Applicant can apply through government quota reserved for government/police/army official (injured or martyred during duty) or through disabled quota reserved for general public.

Application form are available free of cost at Bank of Punjab’s designated branches in the concerned districts and divisional headquarters.

Refund of Earnest Money
All those unsuccessful applicants of ballot who applied in one or more of the below mentioned NPHP housing schemes may collect earnest money in the amount of 10,000/- PKR from any branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP). For the purpose, the applicant has to appear at the concerned BOP branch along with her / his CNIC and proof of application submission in order to claim the earnest money.
