PEC Engineering Practice Examination Date Sheet 2023

Pakistan Engineering Council under the provisions o( PEC Act. 1976 and PDE Byelaws-2008. (amended up to October 31,2017) is holding 22nd Engineering Practice Examination (EPE) for Registered Engineers (REs) who are eligible to apply for the prestigious title of Professional Engineer (PE). The exam will be held simultaneously in the following proposed Cities on 5th November 2023.

As per PEC Act 1976, the “PE” has privilege over “RE” in terms of technical sanction authority, design/process certification, and preference for higher levels leading towards international practice. All those REs registered with PEC. who meet the following minimum eligibility criteria are eligible to apply. Graduated on or after15th January 2008.

Five years of practical experience in relevant field of engineering since registration with PEC till closing date of submission of applications. 17 CPD points (Maximum 10 CPD points from work/job experience and 07 CPD points from other categories of CPO).The candidates who have already appeared in any EPE exams i.e., 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st EPE but could not qualify any one part, can also apply to re-appear in the NOT QUALIFIED part. Application forms, exam format, syllabi, study material and necessary guidelines are available on PEC website under CPD link (https://pec.org.pk/cpd/engineering-practice-examination/). Duly filled online application along with fee of Rs 5.000 + Bank Charges (for both parts) and Rs 2.500 + Bank Charges (for single part) may be submitted by 6’* October 2023.
