General Election 2024 Provincial Assembly KA Unofficial Result

The ECP has announced unofficial results of National and Provincial Assemblies on Friday February 9, 2024. ECP has urged public to get their vote details by sending their CNIC number at 8300 to avoid any possible burden on the system on Election Day. Independent candidates won 6 National Assembly seats in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while 21 provincial seats were won by independent candidates.

The results were announced on all 113 seats of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to the final results, 91 independent candidates were successful in the provincial assembly. JUI got 7 seats, PML-N got 5 seats. PPP got 4 seats, Jamaat-e-Islami got 3 seats. One ANP candidate and 2 PTI parliamentarian candidates won.

The ECP has advised people to bring their original Computerized National Identity Cards for casting vote on Election Day. SOPs have been issued by the Election Commission in case of recounting of votes in the elections. Election Commission Secretariat will be open on February 10 and 11 and requests for recount of votes from applicants or candidates will be received from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. It will also be on Saturday and Sunday.

Necessary instructions for submission of petitions SOPs have been uploaded on the website of the Election Commission according to which submit your petitions, the detailed points of which are given as follows:

According to the notification of the Election Commission, 9 copies of the petitions, one original and 8 copies with complete details have to be submitted with the date of filing. The applicant shall provide the application in soft copy (PDF) along with any supporting documents in USB and attach it to the application. Applicants should attach their identity card copy with the application and write their valid current address and contact number. Further, complete details and address of the defendants have to be written.

If the application is being filed by an advocate, the application should be accompanied by a letter of attorney, advocate’s card and other contact numbers. All applications should have regular indexing, page numbering and flagging. According to the Election Commission, only the applications received on the specified date and time will be scheduled for hearing before the Election Commission.
