Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: F.Sc (Pre- Medical) or A level with equivalence certificate (as determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman. Islamabad), with at least 30% unadjusted marks.
UHS Entry Test Result session 2023.
Domicile: Punjab
Availability & Submission of Admission Forms
Application forms with necessary information will be available from the office of the Executive Director Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan Application forms can also be downloaded from website of CPEIC, Multan (www.cpeic.gop.pk). Admission form complete in all respects along with all required documents (attested copy of Matnc, F.Sc. UHS Entry Test result 2023 and Domicile) should reach the office of the Executive Director Ch. Pcrvau Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan up to 06-02-2024 till 03:00 PM.

Last date of submission of admission form is 06-02-2024 up to 03:00 pm.

• No separate entry test will be conducted by CPEIC Multar
• The candidate should submit their entry test result conducted by University of Health Sciences, Lahore Session 2023.
• Interviews will be held on Friday 08-02-2024 al 10.00am in office of the Executive Director CPEIC. Multan. The candidates are advised to be in CPEIC before 10.00AM in possession of their original documents.
• No TA / DA will be admissible for interviews.
• Final selection list of successful candidates will be displayed on notice board CPEIC Multan and its website.
• Last dale of submission of Fee will be 13-02-2024.
• No hostel accommodation transport facility will be provided.
• The decision of the admission committee will be final.
• Govt, employees should apply through proper channel, however, advance copy of application will be acceptable; Final selection will be subject to fulfilling the merit Sl NOC from the concerned department.

Fee Structure for B.Sc Cardiac Perfusion

Tuition Fee Rs. 30.000/- Non refundable per year
UHS Registration Fee Rs. 6000/- or us per UHS laid down policy (First time only) or
whatever at the time of admission
Library Fund Rs 2000/- once al the time of admission.

Penalty imposed
The selected candidate would submit a surety bond worth Rs 500,000/- at the time of admission. If he / she leave the course after joining, the guarantor will have to pay Rs.500.000/- to the institute.
