A number of reasons are causing price swings in the Pakistani cement sector. Among the main causes of the present price increase are an increase in building activity, supply chain disruptions, inflationary pressures, and the cost of raw materials. In addition, market speculation and government policy can add to the unpredictability of cement pricing. All stakeholders must keep a close eye on the industry’s developments and be ready to adjust when the market conditions change.
