BISE Malakand Board Has announced the Result of HSSC at www.bisemalakand.edu.pk on 3rd October 2023. In Pre-Medical Group, Tayyaba Ikram Qazi son of Qazi Ikramullah roll number 314975 of Islamia Model College Taimargarh secured the highest position in Malakand Board with 1035 marks while Atiq Javed son of Javed Edward Model College Taimargarh secured 1012 marks. got the second position.

Similarly, Faiza Shams son of Hafzur Rehman who got 1009 marks from Islamia Model College, Taimargarh, got the third position. who is a student of Edward Model College Tamergarh got second position with 945 marks and Sambal Nadeem student of Home of Knowledge Wadi Upper Dir got third position with 938 marks.

In the science general group, Malaika Khan, a student of Hara School and College, Malakand, got 976 marks, Samia Alam son of Jan Alam, a second student of Hara School and College, got 969 marks and Saeeda Maria Batul of the same school got 957 marks. According to the result, the student of Government Degree College, Batkhila Malakand, Rayan Muhammad, got the first position by getting 959 marks, and the private student of Dir Lower district got the second position by getting 944 marks and The Knowledge School and College. Khal secured third position with 936 marks.
