Terms and Conditions:
1. Serial no 1-18 positions shall purely be on TTS basis. Serial no 19-21 positions shall be on contract basis for a maximum period of 03 years under 11(5)(e) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 (as amended 2016)
2. Application form downloadable from University official website www.wumardan.edu.pk, attached the hard photocopies of CNIC, academic credentials, experience certificates, NOC, original fee deposit receipt and domicile must be submitted to the Registrar Office on or before 15-07-2022. Form received after due date will not be accepted. Applicants applying for serial no 1-20 shall also submit a soft copy of the filled application form to adnanahmad@wumardan.edu.pk. The candidates who have already applied through WUM advertisement No: 01/2022 need not apply again. However, in order to update their applications, the candidate may only deposit the required application processing fee with the attested documents to be updated.
3. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate(s) from their concerned Department/Institution along with the application form.
4. For Serial 20, the Candidates holding domicile certificate of Mardan division are eligible, and for serial No. 21 candidates living with in the territorial limits of the university shall apply.
5. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained. Any evaluation shall be based on the information written in the application form supported by documented proof (attached with application form) till the last date of advertisement. The supporting documents related to educational/professional qualification and
experience etc. submitted/issued after last date of advertisement, i.e. during interview shall not be entertained/
considered.
6. Candidates are required to make correct and only relevant entries (qualification and experience) on the basis of their own claim/ behalf. Irrelevant and wrong entries in application can make the candidate not eligible for the post he/she applied.
7. The candidates shall submit (Rs. 5000/- for Assistant Professor (TTS) mentioned at Serial No: 01 to 18 ) & (Rs. 3000/- for Assistant Director Admission mentioned at Serial no. 19), & (Rs. 2000/- for Accountant mentioned at Serial no. 20), and (Rs. 1000/- for Driver mentioned at Serial no. 21), as application processing fee through bank receipt (Account No: 15702-00-2, title Vice Chancellor Women University Mardan; the Bank of Khyber, Chamber House Branch, Mardan; Branch Code: 0007).
8. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any advertised post depending upon its need.
9. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Candidate must produce HEC verified degrees
on the day of interview.
10. Candidate must calculate their mark, Not CGPA in respective column of application form. In case of transcript wherein marks are not mentioned, the Candidate has to provide mark equivalence certificate issued from concerned issuing authority.
11. Experience from only institutes/organization recognized by Government will be considered in relevant field subject to the provision of experience certificates.
12. Applicants applying for more than one post shall submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respect.
13. Mobile Number provided in the application form must not be MNP (Mobile Number Portability). University will
update the status through website/SMS.
14. University will not be held responsible for non or late delivery of Call Letters/SMS for test or interview. Candidates
are advised to visit the university official website regularly.
15. Less than 3.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as second division.
16. No TA/DA will be paid for interview, Errors and Omission, if any, are liable to rectification by the university.
