JOBS IN WOMEN UNIVERSITY OF AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR BAGH

General Instructions:

  1. Candidates for the post of Professor & Associate Professor are required to submit 05 (five) sets of reprints of research publications along with prescribed application form/CV
  2. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms for each post applied with required documents completed in all respect
  3.  Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, certificates & domicile etc along with prescribed application forms in person or send by mail to the Registrar Women University of AJ&K. Bagh Application Forms are also available on University website www.wuajk.edu.pk;
  4. Age limit shall not be applicable to in service University employees
  5. Application forms available at authorized branches of HBL & ABL Bagh by depositing Rs. 3000/- for the post mentioned at serial No 01 & 02 . Rs. 2000/- for serial No. 3 and Rs. 1500/- for the post mentioned at serial No. 04 & 05 in favor of Director Finance/Treasurer Women University of AJ&K, Bagh.
  6. In service candidates must apply through proper channel.
  7. Preference will be given to AJK nationals
  8. Foreign degree holder must provide equivalence as well relevance certificate issued by the HEC (Pakistan)
  9. The services as a teacher in high schools /Embassy Schools/degree colleges/cadet colleges will not be counted as experience for appointment to a teaching post in the University
  10. Fresh PhD candidates will only apply for the post of Assistant Professor on TTS.
  11. The exiting temporary/contract appointments against advertised posts will be treated as cancelled immediately after issuance of notification of permanent appointments.
  12. Applicants will be short listed through NTS test (where required) in their respective fields Candidates securing 60% or above in NTS test will be called for interview against the post.
  13. The University reserves the rights to increase or decrease the no of posts and also cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally.
  14. Application forms indicating the posts should reach the Office of the Registrar Women University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Bagh latest by
    25-12-18.
