WAPDA Cadet College Tarbela 1st Year Admission 2023 Apply Online

Candidates Should Be between twelve and fourteen years on 1st April on the year of entry and have passed class VII or studying in class VIII. Your age should be between 15-17 years on 15th August, if you have passed Matric (science group) for admission to F.Sc. Part-1 class with minimum 75% marks.

WCCT 1st Year Admission 2023 Application Form

Candidates studying in 7th / 8th and 10th classes may apply for the Entrance Examination for admission to class 8th and Class 11th (Pr-Engg.) provided they satisfy the conditions mentioned above. The subjects for Entrance Examinations are:

English, Urdu including questions from Islamiyat and Mathematics for admission to class 8th based on Federal Board Syllabi/books for 7th Class. English-Chemistry and Mathematics-Physics, two papers of 1½ hours duration each w.e.f 2006 Entry, for admission to F.Sc Part-1 class (Pr-Engineering group)

Notice for the Entrance Examination, Medical Test, Interviews, etc, are advertised in the national press every year usually in the month of October / November & December for admission to class 8th and February / March & April for admission to F.Sc. Part-1 class. The centers for Examination are WAPDA Cadet College, Tarbela / Lahore / Multan, or as advertised.

Admission to the College is decided on merit, on the basis of the following:-

(1) The Entrance Examination
(2) An Interview by the Admission Committee.
(3) The Medical Test.
(4) Certificate of good character from the school last attended.

The last three year papers of the entrance exam will be provided along with the prospectus.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Written Test followed by IQ Test & Interview. Medical Fitness Test from WAPDA Hospital  Tarbela. Thereafter, a Merit List will be issued.

WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEWS RESULTS

WAPDA Cadet College Tarbela. established in 2004. provides quality education to students of class VIII to F.Sc. It is established on the bank of Indus amidst lofty green mountains in background and reservoirs of barrage and dam. It is fully residential and its location which is inside the WAPDA Colony enhances both its beauty and security.

Eligibility: Age between 15 and 17 Years on 15″ August 2022. with overall minimum percentage of 75% in the SSC Examination. Those appearing in annual examination 2022 will bring certificate from the head of their respective institution certifying that the candidate is expected to obtain 75% marks in SSC Annual Examination.

Examination. Interview & Medical Test: Written examination at Tarbela & Lahore will be held on Sunday July 10, 2023 while interviews will be held in mid of July 2023. Classes are scheduled to commence in August 2023.

Papers for Written Examination: Candidate will be tested in the subjects of English, Chemistry. Physics and Mathematics/Biology. Papers will be based on the SSC Syllabus of the Federal Board.

Prospectus: Prospectus along with admission form can be obtained from the admission Branch of College on payment of Rs.1600/- or Rs.1700/- by post including Entry Exam fee through bank voucher in favour of the Principal, WAPDA Cadet College Tarbela drawn on Bank Alfalah Ghazi (034S)Ghazi Branch. Bank Voucher can be download from College website.
Last Date: All admission forms must be submitted by June 30, 2023.
