Applications are invited for admissions to the following Masters, MS/MPhil & Ph.D. Programs for Fall 2024 at the University of Science & Technology Bannu.

  1. A prospectus will available at Main Campus/IECS/IMS and Women Campus worth Rs. 1000/- to be deposited in Branch of HBLtoUSTBannu /UC# 00427991795703.
  2. The admission form may also be downloaded from www.ustb.edu.pk. Bank deposit slip of Rs. 1000/- deposited in any branch of HBL to UST Bannu A/C # 00427991798703 as application processing fee must be attached with the form.
  3. Candidates for MS/M.Phil, Ph.D., and M8A must apply for the GAT test on the NTS website www.nts.org.pk..till last date of applying.
  4. Duly filled-in application form along with the attested copies of the required documents & photographs must reach to the respective Departments/institutes of UST Bannu on or before the last date as per the given schedule, incomplete application forms will not be entertained.

ENTRY TEST RESULTS OF MS/M.PHIL/MBA/EMBA (FALL-2024)

The provisional result of MS/M.Phil./MBA/EMBA is uploaded for information. In case of discrepancy, please feel free to submit a written application to the Assistant Director Academics, Administration Block Main Campus, Bannu Township, Bannu.

General Conditions:
At least 45% Marks in the last degree for admissions at master level programs.  At least 50% Marks in masters or equivalent degree and 50% Cumulative score in GAT (General) test is required for admission in MS/M.Phil or equivalent programs. Candidates having MS/M.Phil or 1 & years education In the relevant discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent with 60% marks in GAT (Subject) test shall be eligible for admission in Ph.D. 05 seats for females. 04 seats for Baluchistan. 04 seats for Ex-FATA, 01 seats for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-based Kashmiris, 01 for Afghan Nationals.

Two seats for overseas Pakistanis with 20% Fee Discount, 01 seats for a disabled person with fee waive off as per HEC, 01 seats for USTB Employees Children. 01 seats for a minority and 01 seats for Sports are reserved, 20 marks will be added to intermediate marks of a candidate who Is Hafiz-e-Quran in all Master Programs except evening programs.

The candidates employed in any Government or Semi-Government DepartmentfOrganization must submit No Objection Certificate” (NOC)/Study Leave from the concerned DepartmentfOrganiaation. In case offailureofprovidingNOC/Study leave.

The admission of the candidate shall be deemed canceled. The University reserves the right to modify/revise any of the above programs as and when required. All rules and regulations of UST Bannu which may change from time to time, wl II be applicable. The increase or decrease in the Number of seats will be subject to the availability of faculty/supervisors.
