The University of Swat invites online applications for admission in Kali 2023 in the following disciplines. USwat BS Admissions Fall 2023, Apply Online at the official website www.uswat.edu.pk. Last date for form submission October 12, 2023. BS Programs (Self Finance) 2023 Updated Merit list for 13.11.2023

1. BSCS Merit No : 61 to 95
2. BSIT Merit No : 61 to 94
3. BSSE Merit No :61 to 89
4. LLB, Law Shariah Merit No :42 to 49

The applicants with above merit list No may Appear for interview before admission
committee at concerned department and Fee submission on 13.11.2023.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission processing fee is Rs:1200/-whereas each subsequent apply to more than one program in order of preference will be charged Rs:200/- each. Admission processing fee can be deposited through printed fee voucher from online application in any branch of Bank Al Habib Limited OR online payment through (Online Banking App, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Upaisa etc) in favor of treasurer University of Swat account No:5533-0115-002912-01-0. In case of online payment, the applicant must upload screenshot of the payment and enter the transaction ID in the online admission application form.

HOW TO APPLY

For online apply visit www.uswat.edu.pk, click Apply Online on main page at the top and dick on REGISTER AN ACCOUNT. Enter all the details, along with user name and password, after submission of these details, an email will be sent to you with your ID and PASSWORD. Go to the ONLINE ADMISSIONS, enter USER ID and PASSWORD to login and select desired campus to fill in the online application. Applicant should scan his/her documents (Max size 3 Mb/each document) for attachment in the online application form.

The applicant must upload a scanned copy of bank slip / the screenshot of online payment to the online application form as an attachment. The online application form will not be considered for further admission process in case of non-submission/ uploading of the fee voucher / the screenshot of online payment within the stipulated time. Read the admission policy given in the prospectus/website carefully before make a choice in the degree programs as it might not be changed later on. For eligibility criteria, seat allocation, Fee structure. Courses and other details about specific BS degree program, the applicant may visit University website: www.uswat.edu.pk.

IMPORTANT
Minimum eligibility criteria for admission to all undergraduate program at the university of swat is at least 45% marks or 2nd division in FA/FSC or equivalent. The Candidates seeking admissions to BA. LL.B Law and Shariah (5 Year) program at University of Swat must pass law admission test(LAT) conducted by Higher Education Commission before admission. Lateral entry into 5th semester is not applicable for BA.LLB Law and Shariah program. Incomplete application forms and those received after due date will not be entertained.

Candidates employed in any Government or Semi-Government Department(s)/Organization(s) must submit No Objection Certificate for the entire study duration within 30 days after initial selection, failing which the selection will be deemed to have lapsed. Original documents shall be presented at the time of interview before the concerned Departmental Admission Committee.
No separate call letter will be issued as an offer for admission, interview and Fee deposit The information will be displayed on the notice board of the concerned Department/institute and University website.

The University of Swat reserves the right to modify/revise/drop any of the above Program as and when desire. BS Software Engineering, BS Computer Science and BS Information Technology are computing disciplines and the University of Swat are accredited with Higher Education Commission (HEC), National Computing Education. Accreditation Council (NCEAC). In case of overseas qualification an equivalence certificate issued from the authorized bodies should be produced at the time of submission of form.
