The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the following undergraduate programs for Fall 2024, to be offered at the UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku:

How to Apply Online
Candidates are required to apply online through an online admission portal at http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/ugpadd. Applicants need to fill in their personal and academic information in the online admission form. The process fee is Rs.3500/- which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Candidates should download the fee challan while registering on the online portal. The fee can be paid at any branch of BOP or through mobile banking via 1 Bill. Candidates are required to upload the necessary documents and proof of payment on the portal to complete the application process.
UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT)-2024 shall consist of 100 MCQs, divided into the following four sections: English-25 MCQs, Biology-25 MCQs, Chemistry-25 MCQs, and Physics-25 MCQs. The test duration is 2 hours, starting at 10:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, 29th September, 2024.
The test will carry a weightage of 50% in merit calculation. The weightage of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I/A-Level is 40% and that of SSC or equivalent is 10%.

1. Candidates already admitted to any undergraduate program at UHS for Fall 2024 session cannot apply in this admission cycle.
2. Incomplete applications or those submitted in violation of the prescribed procedure shall be rejected. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to submit correct and complete application with all mandatory documents as stipulated on the application form within the assigned timeline.
3. Candidates shall apply on the basis of their HSSC Part-I result but conformation of admission is subject to the provision of the complete HSSC Pre-Medical exam result (Part-I and Part-ll) or equivalent. Provisional admission of the candidates who fail to score minimum 60% marks in HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent exam will be cancelled.
4. After submission of online application, the candidates are not required to submit the hard copy/ printout of application to the University.
5. Admission shall be granted on an open merit basis only.
6. Those having foreign qualifications (A-Level, 12th Grade, etc.) must upload equivalence certificate issued by IBCC.
7. Transport facility from City Campus to Jinnah Campus Kala Shah Kaku is available for students free of cost. Separate hostel facilities are available at Jinnah Campus KSK for boys and girls on merit basis.
