KARACHI: The Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control Department under the Sindh government has made this facility available on its official website, making it easier to obtain property tax bills or challans. This facility by the department will be a relief to the taxpayers who are facing difficulty in obtaining property tax challan.
Sindh Excise Department Taxpayers Download Property Tax
Initially, taxpayers can download their property tax for the current financial year from the link www.taxportal.excise.gos.pk through their account number listed on their previous property tax challan.
These downloaded challans can be submitted to National Bank branches or SBP. In the future, these invoices can be paid directly through online banking, ATMs, mobile accounts, credit and debit cards.
Earlier, the Excise Department had also made the payment of motor vehicle tax completely online and automated.No need to go to any department office or bank to pay motor vehicle tax like in the past but this can be done easily in a few minutes sitting at home.
