Lahore and forms can be sent through couriers on above cited form address.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Complete applications along with C.V. (duly filled), with the attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates, three latest photographs, Domicile. National Identity Card, Matric, FSc certificate, MBBS Degrees, Postgraduate Degree, PMC registration certificate, experience certificate, copy of qualifications and publications should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600 till 04-07-2024 (01:00 p.m.).
Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case. Persons already in Government service should route their application through proper channel as applicable, with clearance from the parent department.
The selection will be made on merit according to Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rules & Regulations. No. of vacancies can also be increased/ decreased/ redistributed/ reallocated by the competent authority without any notice.
Date & place of interview will be communicated through courier and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible if called for interview and first joining.
