To bridge the skills gap and enhance employability, the Sindh Information, Science, and Technology Department has launched a series of Human Capital Development Programs. One such initiative aims to equip non-ICT graduates with emerging technologies and soft skills. Through training by ICT faculty and industry professionals, these programs will empower individuals with basic computer or programming knowledge to contribute meaningfully to Pakistan’s IT workforce.

The Sindh Peoples Information Technology Program has been designed to train hundreds of thousands of youths in the Sindh Province and, more specifically, in the Sukkur district to have proper IT knowledge and opportunities for effectively competing in modern society. This initiative is designed to: Ensure there is free education and ensure that people acquire free and cheap IT skills to help them join and be productive in the digital economy.
