The Health Department invites applications from the qualified candidates having domicile of Sindh Province for the contract positions in the Program Management Information Technology Unit (PM-ITU) of Sindh Human Capital Investment-1000 Days Integrated Health & Population Program initially for a period of 03 years, extendable subject to the satisfactory performance.

The required academic qualifications, experience and other requirements for the positions are as under:

Twelve years extensive experience in the IT preferably healthcare industry with a locus on Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Telemedicine technologies. Strong leadership and management skills to oversee tho development, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems.

Skills and Knowledge of programming languages, database management, and web development. Ability to analyze and identify technological solutions that align with the organization’s goals and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to Colaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Understanding of healthcare regulations compliance, and security requirements preferably HL7 and FHIR Platform.

02IT Officer (PPS-09)

Maximum 45 Years

02BS / BE (Computer Science. Computer
Engineering, IT. Data Science, Telecom)
(16 Years of Education) or any equivalent

Eight years extensive experience in the IT preferably handling Data Center and allied networking activities. Strong Skills and Knowledge of Network Systems (LAN/WAN and Hybrid Models with Cloud). Ability to analyze and identify technological solutions that align with the organization’s goals and strategies. Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and security requirements preferably HL7 and FHIR Platform

03Data Processing Officer
(PPS-09)Maximum 45 Years
02BS / BE (Computer Science. Computer
Engineering. IT, Data Science, Telecom)
(16 Years of Education) or any equivalent
degree from HEC recognized institution.

Eight years extensive experience in the IT preferably healthcare industry. Strong programming skills and knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or other programming languages. Knowledge of software development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) principles. Familiarity with database management and design principles. Experience with web development, mobile development, and software QA and testing. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze complex issues and identify solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams and stakeholders. Understanding of healthcare regulations compliance, and security requirements is preferred.

04I T Assistant (PPS-05)

Maximum 35 Years

04BS / BE Computer Sciences, I .T. Data
Science from HEC recognized institution

Proficiency in computer skills. Strong knowledge about Microsoft Office and other data processing softwares. Ability to learn data entry on new software. Good interpersonal and communication skills
