Karachi: Rescue 1122 service will be launched in all districts of the province this year while 230 modern ambulances will be procured this year with the help of the World Bank. Rescue 1122 centers will be set up in all districts of Sindh and headquarters in the division. Rescue 1122 will take steps to deal with natural calamities including floods, earthquakes, and fires. A state-of-the-art command and control center will be set up in Karachi.

24 hours Rescue 1122 service will be monitored in Digital Command and Control Center, Rescue 1122 headquarters in Karachi and work of 6 stations is in final stages. At present in Sindh 60 ambulance services are being provided under Karachi Integrated Services in Karachi and Thatta and 30 more ambulances will be provided in 2 days which will also start this service in Hyderabad and Badin.

Rescue 1122 will take steps to deal with a variety of disasters, including floods, earthquakes and fires. A state-of-the-art command and control center will be set up in Karachi and Rescue 1122 will be monitored 24 hours a day in this digital command and control center.
The work of Rescue 1122 headquarters and 6 stations in Karachi is in final stages. The work will be completed by May 30 while recruitment of employees is also being done through IBA Sukkur.
Rescue 1122 service has been inaugurated in Sindh, initially six stations have been constructed in Karachi and one in Larkana. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah inaugurated the Rescue 1122 service in Sindh. The Chief Minister Sindh said that initially 50 ambulances were being used for Rescue 1122.
