Qualification:
(a) MSN, Post RN BSN/ BSN with 10 years’ experience in relevant field of teaching / clinical experience.
(b) PhD in Nursing with 5 years’ experience in relevant field of teaching and clinical experience is desirable.
(c) Registered with PNC.
- Vice Principal, College of Nursing (BPS-19)
Qualification:
(a) MSN/MSPH & Post RN BSN/ BSN with 5 years’ experience in relevant field of teaching / clinical experience.
(b) MSN, Post RN BSN preferred in Nursing with 5 years’ experience in relevant field of teaching and clinical experience is desirable.
(c) Registered with PNC
- PROFESSORS (BPS-20)
(i) Chemical Pathology.
(ii) Histopathology
(iii) Physiology
BASIC QUALIFICATION
MBBS OR equivalent Medical qualification recognized by PM&DC OR M.Sc of a recognized University in case of basic sciences in the relevant subject (for nonmedical graduates).
POSTGRADUATE QUALIFICATION
For all basic Sciences subject a non-medical is eligible provided a medical graduate with requisite qualification is not available. B. For D.Sc. Ph.D FCPS, MD, MS, M.Phil etc. In the respective subject. FCPS/MD with DPH (for Public Health Institutions only). OR equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.
EXPERIENCE
03 years teaching experience as an Associate Professor in the respective subject provided that total experience as Assistant Professor & Associate Professor is not less than 08 years in a postgraduate institute. OR 09 years as Assistant Professor OR 04 years teaching experience as Associate Professor in undergraduate institute provided total experience as Assistant / Associate Professor is not less than 12 years in undergraduate institute.
RESEARCH (PUBLICATIONS) Must have produced at least two research papers during 03 years as Associate Professor provided that total research papers as Assistant / Associate Professor is not less than five. OR At least three research papers during Associate Professorship provided that total research papers as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor are not less than seven if experience is in undergraduate.
- ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (BPS-19)
(i) Biochemistry
(ii) Chemical Pathology.
(iii) Physiology iv) Histopathology
BASIC QUALIFICATION
MBBS OR equivalent Medical qualification recognized by PM&DC OR M.Sc of a recognized University in case of basic sciences in the relevant subject (for nonmedical graduates).
POSTGRADUATE QUALIFICATION
D.Sc. Ph.D FCPS, MD, MS, M.Phil etc. in the respective subject. FCPS/MD with DPH (for Public Health Institutions only). OR equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.
EXPERIENCE
05 years teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in the relevant subject in the postgraduate Institute Only OR Eight years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Undergraduate Medical Institute RESEARCH (PUBLICATIONS) Must have produced at least 03 research papers OR Must have produced at least 05 research papers if teaching experience is in undergraduate Institute.

BASIC QUALIFICATION

GERNERAL INFORMATION
Appointments will be made on regular basis, recruitment will be made in accordance with rules and regulations ibid of Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore.
Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
Age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government Rules.
Separate application form and fee should be submitted for candidates applying more than one post.
Candidates already working in Govt. departments may apply through proper channels.
