How To Apply?

Applications (on the prescribed Application form which is available in the ofice of Medical Superintendent Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology D.G.Khan as well as on the website of Hospital www.sfmkbic.org duly filled along with all the documents mentioned in the advertisement should reach to the office of the Medical Superintendent Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Biedar Institute of Cardiology D.G.Khan via registered post/courier till 12.10.2023 during office hours.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION (ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE ATTESTED BY A GAZETTED GOVERNMENT OFFICER)
1. One Photograph, one copy of all educational documents, Domicile & CNIC.
2. Please attach the following available certificates (if any) with the application
i) Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate or Ex-Service Man Certificate
ii) Experience Certificate issued from a recognized organization (Minimum one-year experience will be acceptable).
iii) Certificate of Honor for a position in Board or University,
iv) Disable Certificate if applying on 03% disable quota.
v) Proof of Minority if applying on 05% minority quota
vi) Regular employment orders and service certificate if applying on 20% Health Employees Quota (Reserved for the children of Government employees serving / retired in BS-01 to 11 for the post of BS-0I to BS-05 & Junior Clerks) 10) Only shortlisted candidates w ill be called for lest / Interview .
12) Interview of the above mentioned posts shall be held in the office of Medical Superintendent, Sardar Patch Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology D.G.Khan at 10:00 AM. The details arc as under:

i. Interview safest for the posts at Sr. No. 1 & 5 shall be held on 30.10.2023.
ii. Interviews/Tcst for the posts at Sr. No. 6 & 7 shall be held on 31.10.2023.
iii. Interviews/Tc$t for the posts at Sr. No. 2 & 3 shall be held on 01.11.2023.
iv. Interviews/Test for the posts at Sr. No. 4 & 16 shall be held on 02.11.2023.
v. Interview s/Tc$t for the posts at Sr. No. 9& 10&II shall be held on 03.11.2023.
vi. Interview safest for the posts at Sr. No. 12.13 & 14 shall be held on 04.11.2023.
vii. Interview s/Test for the posts at Sr. No. 15,17.21 & 22 shall be held on 06.11.2023.
viii. Interview s/Test for the posts at Sr. No. 18.19 & 20 shall be held on 07.11.2023.
