To ensure transparency, fairness and merit, Islamabad Capital Territory Police has assigned the responsibility of conducting recruitment process for Rapid Response Force (physical test, written test, interviews and driving proficiency test) to National Testing Service (NTS) to fill vacant posts of ASIs, Constables and Driver Constables. The applications are invited from suitable Pakistani National candidates (male, female and minorities) to fill these vacant posts in RRF (ICT Police) according to the following provincial/regional, women and minority quota as laid down by the Federal Government:-

Government of Pakistan Islamabad Capital Territory Police Rapid Response Force NTS Recruitment Test 2016 For the Posts of ASI, Constable & Driver Constable.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification, Physical Requirements &


  1. For ASI: BA/B.Sc or equivalent
  2. For Constable: Matric or equivalent

Iii. For Driver Constable: Matric or equivalent + Valid LTV driving


  1. For ASI: 18-25 years
  2. For Constable 18-25 years

iii. Driver Constable 18-25
Physical Measurement:

  1. Minimum height for male candidates 5′ x 8′.
  2. Minimum height for female candidates 5′ x 3″.

iii. Minimum Height for driver constable 5’ x 8″

iii. Chest Size only for male candidates 33”x34-1/2’

  1. Male candidates have to complete 01 mile running in 07
    minutes & Female candidates have to complete Or mile running
    in 10 minutes
  2. Male candidates will also have to pass chin-ups. push-ups and
    reach-ups tests

Driving Skill Test:

  1. Candidates for driver constable will have to pass driving skill


  1. Education: Matric
  2. Height: 5’x8″

iii. Chest:    33’ x 34-1/2″

  1. Age: Less than 30 Years as prescribed in Police Rules 1934 Conditions
  1. Ex Army men will be enlisted as Constable on production of a discharge certificate showing his previous service to have been good or of higher classification subject to fulfilling of aforesaid criteria and successfully qualifying the physical/written test & interview.
  2. Age on the date of enrollment in the Police must be less than 30

iii. The break of service between the date of enrollment in the police and the date of discharge from previous army employ shall not exceed two years, and there must not have been more than two breaks of service in all.

Iv. No claim to count previous service for pension shall be allowed unless the previous service claimed was declared and verified at the time of enrollment in the police.

Less than 30 Years on 15 days from the date of publication
