Government subsidy of Punjab’s registered farmers
Government of Punjab Agriculture Department has introduced SunFlower Oil Seed subsidy Rs.5,000 for Punjab’s registered farmers.

Government of Punjab Agriculture Department will provide subsidy of Rs 5,000 per acre on sunflower (oilseed) cultivation
Punjab Agriculture cultivation sunflower subsidy :
This subsidy will be provided in the form of a voucher, which will be sealed in sunflower seed bags. All registered farmers will be given subsidy on cultivation of sunflower up to 10 acres, said a press release issued here.
Registered farmers will get subsidy voucher from sunflower seed bags after scratching typed voucher number, and sending it to 8070 along with their CNIC numbers, he said. After receiving of SMS in response, farmers will receive Rs 1,000 from nearest mobile shop, while the remaining Rs 4,000 will be paid at the time of harvesting of sunflower crop. The spokesman said that any unregistered farmers can make a call on Agriculture Helplines 0800-15000 & 0800-29000 for getting his subsidy.
