He or any member of his / her family is not tenant lessee or owner in any of the housing colony of the Board.No criminal proceedings are pending against him either in the establishment in which he is employed or in any other forum. Has three years of service to his credit. Who fulfils the definition of workman given in I.R.O. 2002. Registered with EOBI / Social Security.
