All educational institutions are scheduled to reopen on April 15, 2024. schools will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 1:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. However, on Fridays, schools will close at noon.

Private Schools Summer Timings

Punjab Private schools have announced summer timings for students from playgroup to class 10, with schools opening at 7:30 am. and different closing times for each class. Playgroup classes will finish at 11:30 a.m., while nursery and prep classes will end at 12:30 pm.

New timings of government schools have been released after the summer vacation. Girls’ schools will start at 07:30 am and will be dismissed at 11:30 pm. Boys schools will be closed at 07:30 after summer vacation.

Boys schools will be closed at 01:30. Boys schools will be closed on Fridays at 11:30. The boys will start at seven in the morning. In the second shift, girls school will start at 12:30 pm and boys school at 02:30 pm.

The evening shift in all schools and colleges of Punjab will start from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday at 11:30 am and will end at 03:30 pm. The Friday evening shift will begin at 02:00 p.m. and end at 05:00 p.m.
