Punjab Prisons Department Warders Jobs 2023 Application Forms

The recruitment process for 2331 posts of Warder and Lady Warder has been started in all the regions of Punjab Jails Department. After checking the applications, the physical test and race of eligible candidates for recruitment in the first phase has been started. The Punjab Prisons Department is currently recruiting Warders and Female Warders. The following are the eligibility criteria and application process:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates must be at least 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age.
• Female candidates must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 28 years of age.
• Candidates must have a minimum of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) with at least 50% marks.
• Candidates must be physically fit and mentally sound.
• Candidates must be of good character and reputation.

Physical Requirements for Male Warder:
Age Limit: 18-28 Years
Height: 170 cm
Chest: 80 to 85 cm
EyeSight: 6/6 without Glasses
Race: 1.6 Kilometer in 7 Minutes
Physical Requirements for Female Warder:
Age: 20 to 25 Years
Height: 158 cm
EyeSight: 6/6 without Glasses
Race: 1.6 Kilometer in 10 Minutes

Application Process:

• Candidates can download the application form from the Punjab Prisons Department website.
• The application form must be filled in carefully and submitted along with the following documents:
  • Copy of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) certificate
  • Copy of National Identity Card (NIC)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Challan Form of Rs. 500/-
