Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Form 2023-24

Government of Punjab Services & General Administration Department Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund has issued Notification in connection with Grant of Educational Scholarship 2023-24 to the Children of Punjab Government Servants out of Benevolent Fund.

The government of Punjab has announced Servants Benevolent Fund Educational Scholarships 2023-2024 for Serving and Retired Punjab Government Employees who can apply for only two children. For special education Department children, they can apply for three children.

Benevolent Fund Educational Scholarships 2022-23

All Gazetted Employees (BPS-16 to BPS-22)

Non-Gazetted Secretariat Employees (BPS-01 to BPS-15)

All Non-Gazetted employees BPS-01 to BPS-15 except secretariat employees

Eligibility:

Special children of serving retired and deceased employees of the Punjab government who are enrolled in special education institutions are also eligible to submit their applications. Three children of deceased and retired employees due to disability will be award a Scholarship. They have to provide the attested result card Copy of SSC (10th class) or HSSC (Intermediate class) with the application form.

Scholarships
The Provincial Benevolent Fund Board invites applications on the prescribed form for grant of Educational Scholarship through publication in the newspaper each year.

Current rates for the award of Educational Scholarship granted to the children of government servants per annum are as follows:

Gazetted (Part-I)
Primary to Matric level: PKR 5,000
F.A, B.A, and equivalent level: PKR 14,000
M.A and equivalent level, BDS, MBBS, B.Sc (Eng), DVM, B.Sc (Hon), Agri, B. Pharmacy, M.Phil, Ph.D., etc.: PKR 16,000
Non-Gazetted (Part-II)
Primary to Matric level: PKR 1,500
F.A, B.A, and equivalent level: PKR 3,000
M.A and equivalent level, BDS, MBBS, B.Sc (Eng), DVM, B.Sc (Hon), Agri, B. Pharmacy, M.Phil, Ph.D., etc.: PKR 6,000

A special scholarship is awarded to the high achievers i.e. children securing 90% or more marks in any examination in (Matriculation or above), are awarded Rs 50,000 instead of normal rates. Candidates download the Application Form from this page.
