The Applications are invited for the following positions at Poonch Medical College Rawalakot AJK.
Terms & Conditions:
These Appointments shall be purely on contractjwis as per Contract Policy 2006 of GoAJK for initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by the Government subsequently. Posts may be increased or decreased according to requirement.
Selected candidates shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PMC and the institution. All vacancies will be filled purely on merit basis. The appointment during the period of contract shaH be liable to terminate on 30 days prior notice on either side or on payment of one month pay in lieu
thereof without assigning any reason. Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per law. Age as per Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) Rules/Policy.
In respect of other matters not specified in this contract. The rules and regulations of AJ&K Government shall apply. Only shortlisted candidate will be called for interview, no TA-OA will be admissible. Accommodation shall not be provided. The selected faculty must be physically present in the college-hospital on duty for minimum of 6 hours on every working day. Any duration less than 6
hours per day will be considered as part time faculty as per PMC rules which is not permissible under prevailing rules, therefore, such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for the day.
Incomplete applications will not be enter tained. Candidates shall bring all origeal documents at the lime of interview date. Preference will be given to state subject.
Application for each vacancy will be submitted separately/ envelope to be marked accordingly.
The appointee wil join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the Principal Office within prescribed period. If fails to tom due to any reason within specified time. the candidate will be blacklisted for any future employment in any of the Medical Colleges of AJ&K
For Department of health Candidates Only:
(a)The appointment of DOH employees already working in teaching hospitals of the medical college will process their applications through proper channel along with all documents mentioned below and will be entertained after the approval of Secretary Health Govt, of AJ&K. Direct application will not be
entertained.
(b)Selected DOH employees wril draw their salary against their substantive post of respective teaching hospital. Following documents are required to be submitted with application at the address given below within 15 working days after the advertisement.
Attested copies of educational certificates, degree, diplomas, experience certificate, articles and recognition of experience certificate / eligibility certificate (for the applied post).
Detailed Curriculum Vitae of the applicants, covering letter dearly highlighting post applied for. eligibility criteria and personal attributes. Valid PMC/PM&DC registration certificate.
