PIA Jobs 2023 Application Forms

Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has started recruitment for 210 highly required posts. 210 posts are being filled on one year extendable contract at five year intervals. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the new recruitments by September 25. The last recruitment of pilots in PIA was in 2016 and the last recruitment of air hostesses was in 2017.

For ATR aircraft, 10 pilot posts have been mandated to have intermediate with relevant professional qualification while for 40 air hostess posts, the minimum educational qualification has been set as graduation. 16 posts of Pay Group 6 to 8 are also being recruited in the IT sector, relevant educational and professional qualifications are required for Senior System Administrator to Manager level. The new appointments will help improve PIA operations. PIA Airline has announced bonus increment for employees. Increment and bonus will be applicable from 1st October 2023, bonus has been applied based on performance of bonus paid in 2022.

The last date of submission of applications form is 25th September, 2023. The salary increase will be 5 to 10 percent of the salary as on March 31, 2023. Employees giving notice to leave the company on or before October 2023 will not be eligible for the bonus.
