TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The contract appointment shall be facility specific and non-transferable.
2. The contract employee shall have no right to demand or claim any change in terms & conditions of Contract.
3. The contract appointment shall initially be made for three years extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
4. The contract appointees shall be offered pay, allowances and deductions of the grade/post as admissible in the PESSI, from time to time, plus other allowances as might be approved by the Competent Authority.
a. 30% of the minimum pay scale as Social Security Benefit in lieu of pension.
5. Interested applicants shall apply at PESSI Head Office alongwith all concerned academic certificates i.e. Matric, Intermediate, MBBS, Attempt certificate, House Job Certificates, FCPS/Ph.D/M.Phil.(Histopathology) /Diplomat of American Board or equivalent medical qualification in the respective specialty recognized by PM&DC, Domicile, valid permanent registration certificate from PM&DC issued on or before the closing date for submission of application and Experience certificates in relevant field.
6. Last date for submission of applications is 07-11-2022 and application received after the due date shall not be entertained.
7. Candidates shall produce original documents alongwith 03-attcstcd photocopies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.
8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for Interview.
9. The provincial quotas 15% Woman, 5% Minorities and 3% Disabled will be observed (if applicable) subject to provision of relevant documents by Competent Authority.
10. General age relaxation shall be applicable in maximum/ upper age limit as per prevailing polices of Govt, of Punjab.
11 .Recruitment shall be made as per provision of Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 of the Government of the Punjab.
12. PESSI has the right to accept/ reject or cancel any application or recruitment process.
13. No. of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without any notice on need basis.
