04)	ENTRY TEST All aspirants for Admission shall have to undergo ENTRY TEST which will be arranged by the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women-Shaheed Benazirabad	Date will be communicated through Official Website: www.pumhs.edu.pk

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Applicant has passed Intermediate / HSSC or F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) OR Equivalent Examination with minimum 60% marks (for DPT / Pharm-D / BS-PH) and 50% (for only BS Nursing Program). Candidates shall be required to fulfill Additional Eligibility requirements for various categories of Seats as given in the Application Form. All the Admissions shall be provided in accordance with Allocation of Seats purely on Merit Basis reflected in Prospectus 2023-24. The Applicants must have Domicile of a Tagged District of PUMHSW (See Prospectus).

It is MANDATORY for all the applicants to fill the ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS, take Print of same Form and, submit to Admission Department PUMHSW, Shaheed Benazirabad By Courier Service, alongwith attached Photocopies of Required Documents
That Every Candidate MUST have to deposit Entry Test & Admission Processing Fee (Non Refundable) Rs. 3,000/-(Rupees: Three Thousand) in A/C No: 1439-79014003-03 Titled “PUMHSW Online Students Receipts Account” Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and have to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan of this deposit with Application Form & Documents

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Any Candidate found to have submitted Forged / Fake / Fabricated Documents or Incorrect / False Information, her Admission will be Cancelled
Candidates are advised to enter their Correct Information/Particulars, Active Cell No. & Email in their Applications
Applications which are Incomplete in any manner or those received After Due Date shall be REJECTED. It shall be the responsibility of the Candidate to submit Complete Application as per the instruction given in the Application Form
After the Last Date of Submission of Application any Results, Revised Result Cards, Increase in Marks by Boards / Universities, Or for that matter any other Document, shall NOT be acceptable
Candidates having Foreign Qualification such as A/O Level, etc, shall have to submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC otherwise their Applications shall be Rejected
No Receipts of Documents under process of preparation E.g:- Domicile, Equivalence, etc shall be acceptable
