Many public educational institutions are providing education to the people, but in rural areas, the emergence of private educational institutions is also taking place.

Private educational institutions are charging even high fee but it is a source of education, so people also prefer them. ELIGIBILITY

(a) AGE 25 to 35 Years, both male and female (Married or Unmarried) can apply (based on higher qualification and experience, age may be relaxed)
(b) NATIONALITY : Citizen of Pakistan, Not married to a foreign national
(c) SUBJECT / EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Maths Lecturer (02) : BS / MSc Mathematics (1st DIVISION / GRADE B ) Chemistry Lecturer (01) : BS / MSc Chemistry (1st DIVISION / GRADE ‘B’) Urdu Lecturer(01) : BS/MA Urdu (1stDIVISION/GRADE B’) Islamiat Lecturer(01) : BS/MA Islamiat (1st DIVISION/GRADE S’)
(d) EXPERIENCE : At least 03 years of teaching experience in Public School / Cadet College / reputable English Medium Institution.
(e) GENERAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
(i) Should be medically fit.
(ii) Proficient in organizing sports and co-curricular activities.
(iii) Adequate English language skills, both spoken and written.
(iv) Suitable Personality traits for residential Institution.
(v) Government servants to apply through proper channel.

Education plays a pivotal role in the development of the country. A high literacy rate ensures sustainable economic development, labour productivity, and economic prosperity. Education in rural areas is a great job. It has a positive impact on the development of rural areas. Education is simply an investment to achieve both human and economic development. But this is one of the biggest problems in Pakistan. The Literacy rate in Pakistan is recorded as about 55% in 2012-13. An education institution is said to be private if it is controlled and managed by a non-government organization. Private institutions should open in rural areas they help to increase economic growth (Economic Survey of Pakistan 2012-13). Unfortunately, Pakistan’s standing on this front has historically been poor in the context of the public sector’s spending on education as its percentage in GDP is only 2.1 which is the lowest as compared to the other country of the region. In Pakistan, the literacy rate is around 60% but it is still lagging behind the targets set during the millennium development goals. Roll Nos of Successful Candidates in Written Test announced.
