The Board also approved an allocation of Rs. 30 Million in the next financial year budget for award of scholarship to children of overseas Pakistanis studying in Pakistan, with a special focus on eligibility criteria. In this regard, Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has agreed to provide OPF its technical, logistic, and manpower support for the establishment of the Overseas Pakistanis Education Fund (OPEF). PEEF will assist OPF in the disbursement of scholarships throughout Pakistan.

OPF has created the Overseas Pakistanis Education Fund (OPEF) to support the education of children overseas. The eligible applicants can download Application form from OPF’s official website i.e. opf.org.pk. The application form can also be obtained from OPF Head Office, Islamabad, and OPF Regional Offices at Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Karachi, Quetta & Mirpur (AJK).
Application forms can be submitted either in person or by courier to OPF Head Office, Islamabad, OPF Regional Offices in Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Karachi, Quetta & Mirpur (AJK). For details and further clarification, applicants can contact Education Division, OPF Head Office Islamabad from Monday to Friday during office hours i.e 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
