How to Register Births & Deaths Online via Pak ID
Download the Pak ID mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Log in using your CNIC details.
Select Birth Registration or Death Registration.
Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
Submit – Your application will be sent directly to your union council for processing.
