FGEHA has started registration for limited apartments on first come first get base. The FG Employees flats contain all the facilities including, fast lifts, backup generators, commercial areas, Masjid, school, and security system community club. The employees who have already got apartments by FGEHA are not eligible to apply again for this scheme. It is added here that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has already completed Registration for Plots, Flats, and Houses for provincial employees. Please write priority of choice of schemes as 1st, 2nd 3rd, 4th, and 5th against all five offered apartment schemes. Prices of apartments are tentative and shall be charged as per the actual cost incurred. All those FG employees who have already availed the Facility of allotment of the plot shall be considered after the closing dated i.e. 31-12-2019 subject to availability of apartments after considering the members of Membership Drive-I and Drive-II. For the purpose, further instructions/guidelines will be uploaded subsequently. Apartments shall be distributed 50-50% between registered members of Membership Drive-I and Drive-II according to their respective seniority in Membership Drive-I or Drive-II. Please fill the form in CAPITAL/BLOCK letters and all fields are MANDATORY. if any field is irrelevant to you, please type “NA” on that field. Also, bring a One Filled copy of FORM.

The seniority of the applicants shall be determined who applied till the last date and according to their previous seniority in MembershipDrive-I (First Come First Serve basis) or Membership Drive-II (“Age-wise Seniority” basis).Contractual/daily wages/work charge/contingent employees are not eligible. Allotment of the apartment is subject to confirmation of service particulars from the concerned department.

Must be a registered member of FGEHA in Membership Drive-I (First Come First Serve basis) or Membership Drive-II (Age-wiseSeniority Basis), whereas those members who registered themselves in Membership Drive-I or Drive-II and later one has taken a refund of Membership Fee is not eligible to apply.

Eligibility:
The applicant has not been allotted apartment by Federal Govt. Employees Housing Authority (old FGEHF) at any time irrespective of whether it was retained or disposed of.If at any stage, contents of Membership Form are found to be fictitious or false or any material facts are found to have been concealed/misstated or suppressed deliberately and knowingly or otherwise, the allotment shall be canceled, the money deposited shall be forfeited and legal action as deemed appropriate will be taken.In the case of husband & wife both are govt. servants then both are eligible as individual service benefit if they have not been earlier allotted apartment by FGEHA (old FGEHF) as stated above in the eligibility clause (b). Applicants are entitled to apply for an apartment according to their entitlement of Regular Pay Scale other than time scale / moreover/ selection grade/acting charge/current charge etc. Only Regular Grade shall be considered for membership in the respective.

AB Quota 4% Employees of Autonomous Bodies in Service
The cases under disable quota shall be examined by a medical board which is as follows and their recommendations shall be placed before the Executive Board of FGEHA for the final decision.
Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & their subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who were Retired at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II either as New Retired or Old Retired.

Spouses of those eligible Federal Government Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & they are subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who died during Service including Prime Minister’s Assistance Package at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II. (Length of service of the deceased spouse will be the criteria) Spouses of those eligible Federal Government Employees of Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments & they are subordinate offices (declared as such and included in the Rules of Business), members of regularly constituted Occupational Groups/services of Federal Government, and members of superior Courts i.e. Supreme Court, all High Courts including Azad Jammu Kashmir Supreme Court & High Court and CC Gilgit Baltistan and Federal Shariat Court who retired on superannuation/qualifying service and died after retirement at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II. JR Quota 1% Journalist
a. Must have registered members in Membership Drive-I or Drive-II.
b. Membership with the relevant registered Media Body
c. The seniority of the member shall be applied when he/she got registration under the Membership Drive-I or Drive-II.
d. Satisfactory/Good conduct to be certified by the following inter alia:
i. Employer Satisfaction Certificate
ii. Certificate of good conduct from PEMRA, PCP, PID, and Ministry of Information
h. The journalist must be based in Islamabad.
MW Quota 1% Media Workers
Declaration from prospective allottee along with with the certificate from an employer that no litigation regarding contempt of court or defamation or
The libel suit is pending.
The applicant, his/her spouse must not have ever been an allotted apartment by FGEHA or any other Government agency.
The journalist must be a full-time employee of a newspaper/periodical/news agency or electronic media with 20 years of experience as a full-time job.
In the case of print media employee, the employer’s publication(s) must be included in the Central Media List (CML) maintained by Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage for the last 3 years.
Categorization of applicants and their entitlement of apartment/plot as decided by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Serving/Retired and spouses of employees of Professional bodies who were serving/retired/died (in case of the widow) at the time of taking
Membership in Drive-I or Drive-II. Their allotments shall be decided on confirmation of their service particulars from their respective institutions/departments.
Judges posted in Law and Justice Division, Judges of Special Courts/Tribunals under the administrative control of Law and
Justice Division and Civil Courts Islamabad.
Law Officers of the Government, posted in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, Islamabad High Court and Civil Courts of Islamabad.
Members of the Islamabad District Courts Bar Association (criteria may be on seniority on the enrolment list of the District Bar Association, out of available apartments in the specific quota. The applicant shall also enclose a letter with the application from the President of District Bar Association and is still in practice).
Framework for eligibility and entitlement decided by the Information services academy, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Executive Board of FGEHA.
Employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of FederalThe government who were in service at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II.

Employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of Federal A government that was retired at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II.Spouses of eligible employees of Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Public Sector Organizations / Corporations under the administrative control of Federal Government who were retired at the time of taking Membership under Drive-I or Drive-II. (The criteria for allotment shall be the length of service of the deceased employee).
Serving/Retired and spouses of employees of Constitutional bodies who were serving/retired/died (in case of the widow) at the time of taking Membership in Drive-I or Drive-II. Their allotments shall be decided on confirmation of their service particulars from their respective institutions/departments.
a. Must have registered members in Membership Drive-I or Drive-II.
e. Media worker must be under the age of 60 years
HW Quota 2% Ministry of Housing & Works
HA Quota 1% FGE Housing Authority
Regular employees of the FGE Housing Authority. The Criteria for allotment as decided by the Executive Board.Employees of the Ministry of Housing & Works and its attached departments. The criteria for allotment as decided by the Executive Board.
Framework for eligibility and entitlement decided by the Information services academy, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and Executive Board of FGEHA.
Islamabad based media workers are eligible and the applicant, his/her spouse have never allotted an apartment in Islamabad by FGEHA/CDA or any other Government agency.
Media workers (nonjournalistic staff) must be a full-time employee of a newspaper/periodical/news agency or News TV Channel/Radio (Private) having more than 20 years of experience. Retired employees are non-entitled.
In the case of print media employee, the employer’s publication(s) must be included in the Central Media List (CML) maintained by Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage for the last 3 years. Categorization of applicants and their entitlement of apartment/plot as decided by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
